I am a postdoc at Machine Listening Group, Tampere University, Finland, working with Professor Annamaria Mesaros.
I obtained a Ph.D. in the department of Computer Science and Engineering, National Institute of Technology Karnataka Surathkal India, advised by Professor Shashidhar G. Koolagudi.
Previously, I worked as a Summer Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, Thiruvananthapuram (sponsored by the Indian Academy of Sciences).
My research interests include audio signal processing, machine learning, acoustic scene classification, audio tagging and sound event detection.
