I am a postdoc at Machine Listening Group, Tampere University, Finland, working with Professor Annamaria Mesaros.

I obtained a Ph.D. in the department of Computer Science and Engineering, National Institute of Technology Karnataka Surathkal India, advised by Professor Shashidhar G. Koolagudi.

Previously, I worked as a Summer Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, Thiruvananthapuram (sponsored by the Indian Academy of Sciences).

My research interests include audio signal processing, machine learning, acoustic scene classification, audio tagging and sound event detection.

Dec 13, 2023 Our paper “Class-Incremental Learning for Multi-label Audio Classification” has been accepted for presentation at IEEE ICASSP 2024. See you in Seoul from 14th to 19th April.
